What is the decaf coffee diet?
We have recently heard about the Decaf Coffee Diet as one of the new trends coming along, so decided to investigate for ourselves (and we could lose a few pounds let’s be honest).
What is the Decaffeinated Coffee Diet?
The Decaf Diet appears to have been formulated in the last few years, using recent science and research, to back up the central claims critiquing caffeine that it can:
- Make you overeat.
- Reduce your muscle mass.
- Slow metabolism.
- Elevate stress and insulin levels.
- Negatively influence thyroid function
Caffeine is not the only evil, according to the Decaf Diet, but works in tandem with carbs and sugary food and drinks to hinder weight loss and contribute to the obesity epidemic globally.
Of course, carbohydrates and sugar are well known, but caffeine appears to be less well known as a potential factor.
Furthermore, the Decaf Coffee Diet has a step-by-step plan to optimise caffeine intake and thereby reduce caffeine’s fattening properties and improve health and energy levels.
We will look into this Decaffeinate Coffee Diet in detail in future blog posts. Stay tuned.
