Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world, from smallholder farms to large estates, and incredibly varied soils, regional climates and temperatures, which makes it a fascinating coffee origin that is full of surprises.

In some ways, given Brazil's dominance in the coffee-producing world, the cup taste of a classic Brazil is the most widely brewed coffee profile: a pronounced nuttiness, bittersweet caramel notes and a creamy body.

Our decaf Medium Roast Colombian coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Method, developed by the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company. The process sees green beans being washed and soaked in hot water to release 99.9% of the caffeine in the beans.
