This 100% red bourbon natural lot showcases the exceptional quality and innovation of the farmers who contributed to it, as well as the meticulous care taken by the Ruli washing station staff, who are trained to select only the ripest and highest-quality cherries before the drying process begins.
This particular lot includes cherries from over 320 smallholder farmers who bring their harvest to the washing station from the surrounding areas. These farmers typically own about one-tenth of a hectare of land, cultivating various other crops alongside coffee to sustain both their farms and their families throughout the season.
Cup profile: expect those classic natural Rwandan floral notes and clarity with vibrant hints of guava and jasmine.
