Decaf Coffee Cupping Notes
Finca La Esperanza is no ordinary coffee farm in El Salvador - for over 10 years, this farm has been turned into a coffee garden with different varietals growing in separate plots at
the same farm. The farm is also unique for its great focus on mental health and the
wellness of the coffee pickers and workers.
Our coffee from Finca La Esperanza is a Red Bourbon that grows at an altitude of
between 1000-1750m above sea level, in a highly biodiverse area under naturally
shading plants such as eucalyptus, ingas and a wild-growing cypress forest.
Cupping Notes: Crispy acidity, notes of plums and dried stone fruits, with an exquisite soft & smooth finish.
Strength 3.

Our decaf Medium Roast El Salvador coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water method, developed by the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company. The process sees green beans being washed and soaked in hot water to release 99.9% of the caffeine in the beans.
